  2. Innovative Information System, Inc. (IISI) and Infosoft
  3. GmbH, Germany have formed a preliminary partnership to
  4. offer a "Complete IBM Downsizing Conversion Solution" for
  5. HP in the U.S. This is a very significant announcement as
  6. it adds tremendous momentum to our IBM Downsizing program.

  8. IISI is a full-service information systems integration and
  9. consulting firm with expertise on both the HP 3000 as well
  10. as the HP 9000 platforms. IISI has been working with HP
  11. since 1985 and is an integral part of the HP Systems
  12. Integrators program. IISI has leveraged millions of dollars
  13. in hardware and software sales and is currently positioned
  14. as the key system integrator for the "Mainframe Downsizing
  15. Campaign" in the Eastern Sales Region.

  17. Infosoft is a company from Germany that offers a complete
  18. conversion tool, CONVEYOR, for IBM CICS based applications
  19. to move to the HP 3000 or HP 9000. CONVEYOR will convert
  20. programs, screens and data from IBM to HP. Infosoft has
  21. converted over 100,000 programs since 1985. Infosoft has
  22. worked very closely with HP Boeblingen and helped over
  23. seven different VARs convert from IBM to HP.

  25. The initial partnership will allow IISI to use the CONVEYOR
  26. product in their conversion practices.  In the long run,
  27. this partnership will allow IISI and Infosoft to work very
  28. closely together to leverage each other's conversion
  29. expertise in their respective geographic areas.
